Developed online training materials by writing scripts from instructional material derived from subject matter experts – including learning objectives, examples, and a distilled summary, designed courses – including color pallet, text, and music, animated sections of courses in Vyond, collected assets and edited courses in Adobe Premiere, and uploaded courses using Articulate Storyline 360.

Provide learners support for a Learning Management System by solving/ troubleshooting common issues, resetting user passwords, and navigating LMS layout.

Enhance training video quality and SME relationships by managing film production operations that included the creation of schedules, shot sheets, and call sheets, audio recording, camera operation, and coordinating the logistics for both studio and  local location shoots for over 100 productions. This results in giving the SME a more relaxed experience which in return creates a more engaging training experience for learners.
